Benjamin Harrison as President Letter Signed, one page on ruled White House stationery, 7.5" x 10", Washington, D.C., June 14, 1892., to J. M. Dalzell, Caldwell, Ohio. The letter reads, "I have yours of the 11th. I cannot make any promises, for I can already forsee that my time will be very much occupied and my summer very much taken. Mrs. Harrison, as you know, is ill; and I must, as soon as she can be removed, take her some more healthful place - perhaps the Adirondacks. It is hardly likely that I will be able to go west in July. Regretting the disappointment that may be involved in this to you and other friends, I am Very truly yours." Minor staining along left margin, smoothed folds. Fine condition.

Shipping: Flat Material, Small (view shipping information)
