<B>President Benjamin Harrison Signed Naval Appointment 1891</B></I> partly printed document signed "<I>Benj. Harrison</B></I>" as president, 15.5" x 19.5", on vellum, December 13, 1891, Washington. A beautifully engraved naval commission issued to George W. Beaman as "Pay Inspector with the relative rank of Commander". Countersigned by Secretary of the Navy B. F. Tracy. Top and bottom ornately engraved with nautical scenes.
