For your consideration is a Rare Signed Limited First Edition of "Back To Back" by Ben K. Green, 1970, Encino Press publisher, illustrated slipcase, author's handwritten signature on front endpaper. True to Green’s signature style, "Back to Back: Texas Cow Horses and the Vermont Maid; Mr. Undertaker and the Cleveland Bay Horse" features colorful yarns and short stories about his experiences with horses and the characters of the Old West. Ben K. Green (1912-1974) was an author who wrote about horses and the post-World War I American West. His books consist of anecdotes drawn from his own experiences in the Southwestern United States. He was born in Cumby, Texas and raised in Weatherford, Texas. The red cloth bound illustrated hardcover is in very nice condition, clean pages, illustrated slipcase is in nice condition overall. Measures 6.375"W x 9.25"L x .375"D, combined weight is 8oz.
