Baker'' and reads in full: ''The enclosed evidence completes the requisition sent from your Office May 14th and not enclosed in evidence sent June 22nd''. Signed ''Belva A. Lockwood'', letter on one page measures 7.75'' x 9.75'' with docketing to verso, minor tonight throughout, else near fine condition.
