The company was incorporated in 1876, as the Union Transfer & Stockyards Company, the company operated nearly 60 miles of track in and around Indianpolis including on property previously owned by the Indianapolis Belt RR. The company was leased to the Indianapolis Union Railway. Uncancelled and Extremley Fine.
