Belgian Browning superposed 12ga shotgun, Diana grade, signed by J. Baerten, on both sides of frame. The gun shows 30” barrels, choked “Full” over “Modified”. Factory checkered deluxe walnut stock, long tang,square knob, browning hard-rubber buttplate, serial #8445S3. The gun remains in original near fine condition with 94-98% original blue, some minor use, some slight scratches, slight loss at the edges. The frame showsjust some very slight discoloration and is sharp and crisp. The stocks are very good plus to almost fine other than some small marks and some minor damage particularly to the toe, caused by the barrels, and limitedto the varnish. The stock measures 13-7/8” to the end of the wood, 15” to the end of the pad. The gun is contained within a Browning type luggage case. From the Robert Petersen collection. Est: $3,500 - $7,000
