Beautifully constructed wall plaque done in leaded glass with wood frame approx. 10” x 20” incorporating blue glass with “poker” in yellow glass. The wood is quarter sawn oak with a royal flush in vintage playing cards and four original Morgan silver dollars. Three brass hangers support an antique Smith & Wesson top break DA revolver with factory letter. This gun was shipped on July 14, 1886 to Grubb & Co., Philadelphia, PA., with a 3-1/4” barrel, style 4 S&W factory engraving, nickel finish, with gold wash cylinder and pearl grips, #38737 (all matching visible numbers). This gun is in overall very good + condition showing approx. 35% finish with scattered spots of minor erosion, still showing traces of gold wash on cylinder, hammer, trigger and screws; also a very good bore, crisp action, iridescent pearl grips are very good to fine and show a beautifully carved monogram on the left grip. This plaque was a labor of love and is one-of-a-kind! A great showpiece for the gunroom, office or game room. Est.: $900-$1,800.
