<td width="100%">
WOW WOW WOW What a find!! I found this great cookie jar at an estate sale for one of the local retired judges. It was an incredible find, and I'm very glad I was there to grab this one up. This wonderful Christmas Tree Cookie Jar was produced by McCoy in 1959. There were two versions; one with a gold star and accents on the tree, the other, like this one; with a silver star, and silver accents on the tree. The ornament balls are done in red and yellow. The tree is painted in deep kelly green color. The base has the McCoy signature marking, and USA. This piece has no cracks, hairlines, chips, breaks, or fractures, or crazing. It is in superb condition. This piece list for, depending on which books you are looking through. We have lowered the listing price on this beatiful piece; after receiving some updated information. We have it listed at only $225 for one simple fact, since purchase we have not had the piece authenticated. All McCoy collectors know the reproduction market for these pieces, and without authenticating the piece, I simply don't feel comfortable asking top retail, for a top of the line piece of McCoy history. Once the piece is authenticated, the price will go up.
