Attractive vintage 7.5 x 5 Parlophone Records large format promo card issued in March 1963, boldly signed on the reverse in blue ballpoint, "John Lennon, xxx," "Paul McCartney, xxx," "Love from the 'Beatles,' George Harrison, xxx," and "Ringo Starr, xxx." In very good to fine condition, with small stains and corner creases, and horizontal fold passing beneath Lennon's signature; the signature area is incredibly bright and clean. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.

Early on, Parlophone Records produced a small quantity of promotional photocards in two formats"”horizontal and vertical"”both with pictures shot by Dezo Hoffman while The Beatles were in the studio. Examples of these were typically signed on the reverse, because there was very little light area on the front of the cards for the Fab Four to place their signatures. Parlophone's second and final issue card, featuring a portrait taken by Angus McBean at EMI on January 21, 1963, was introduced in March and came in two sizes: small (5.75 x 3.75) and large (7.5 x 5). This example of the highly sought-after large format version, with ultra-bold signatures of all four Beatles members, is a great piece of pop music history.
