Set of four exceedingly rare vintage color glossy 3.5 x 5 outtake photos of the Beatles taken by Linda McCartney during the 1970 recording of the band’s final studio album, Let It Be. The photos individually show Paul McCartney and John Lennon singing into microphones and playing their instruments, George Harrison sitting Indian style on a chair and picking his Fender guitar, and Ringo Starr behind his drums in a state of contemplation. Reverse of each photo bears a “McCartney” photo stamp. In overall fine condition. Consignor notes that the photos originate from the collection of Rose Martin, the former housekeeper to the McCartney family. In addition to performing backing vocals for the album’s title track, Linda McCartney documented the historic recording sessions of Let It Be at Apple Studios in Savile Row, London.
