Original 5.5 x 4.5 ticket stub for the premiere of the Beatles film Let It Be, which took place at the London Pavilion on May 20, 1970. The ticket is issued as “Stalls, Row K, Seat No. 19.” In very good to fine condition, with two light creases. Although none of the Beatles attended the premier, guests included Cynthia Lennon, Jane Asher, Richard Lester, Mary Hopkin, Spike Milligan, Lulu, members of the Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, and the head of EMI Records, Sir Joseph Lockwood. Included with the ticket is a letter from the London Evening News, dated May 14, 1970, which congratulates the reader on “being one of the 100 winners in the Beatles Contest,” and forwards them "tickets for the Premiere." Additionally, around 50 followers of Hare Krishna, who had close connections with George Harrison, also attended the premiere, and included is a Hare Krishna flyer. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks.
