Handbill for a Beatles performance at the 'Swinging Lunch Time Rock Sessions' held at the Liverpool Jazz Society on March 15, [1961], 5.25 x 7.25, listing Gerry and the Pacemakers and Rory Storm and the Wild Ones as supporting acts. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. This handbill comes from the original collection of former Cavern Club compere Bob Wooler, a significant figure in the Merseybeat music scene who presented nearly three-hundred Beatles performances during the early sixties, and who is noted as introducing the band to their future manager, Brian Epstein.
