<B>Batmania Fanzine Group (Biljo White, 1965-67).</B></I> One of the things that gave rise to what we now refer to as Comics Fandom was the Batman television show, which ran from 1966 to 1968 on ABC-TV. Suddenly, everyone was a Batfan, and once-humble fan-publications like Biljo White's <B>Batmania</B></I> took on new importance and influence. Here are three fascinating issues of <B>Batmania</B></I> from the mid-1960s: #5 (July 1965), #12 (October 1966), and #15 (May 1967). Also included in this lot is a copy of <B>Batwing</B></I> #2, published by Dallas-area fan and comic dealer Larry Herndon. Condition on these rare items runs about Very Good, although a couple of issues have a loose last page.
