It's the first appearance of Ra's al-Ghul, drawn by Neal Adams from a masterful script by Denny O'Neil (and remember, the master always goes first!). We expect this one to take its place among the most sought-after Bronze Age DCs, so whatever price this NM copy sells for may well seem cheap in a few years! Overstreet 2007 NM- 9.2 value = $220.
