Just think how many crooks could have been collared from 1939-1943 if Batman hadn't had to spend so much time on household chores! Speaking of crooks, there's a Joker appearance in this issue. The cover art is by Jack Burnley. Overstreet 2006 GD 2.0 value = $503; VG 4.0 value = $1,006.
