In part: “Under and pursuant to your contract of employment with us dated July 13, 1949, we have heretofore employed you to render your services for us in collection with our photoplay ‘EAST SIDE, WEST SIDE’ and also to portray a role to be designated by us in one (1) additional photoplay…now tentatively entitled ‘TO PLEASE A LADY’…The sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS…shall be payable to you in one hundred fifty (150) equal weekly installments of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) each.” Mild staining to the bottom edge of the first several pages, not affecting the signature page, staples at the top edge, and filing punch holes along the top, otherwise in fine condition.
