This is a framed poster of all the U.S. Presidents from circa 1945. Harry S. Truman, the last President listed, became President in 1945, upon the death of Franklin D. Roosevelt. On back of the poster is the Constitution. In addition to the Presidential portraits, the front of the poster includes a central photograph of the Capitol and two smaller sketches of the White House and the Supreme Court building. In the lower center is a space for the bank advertising, which reads, "Dedicated to the Cause of Americanism in Our Community / The First State Bank / Member of Federal Reserve System / Thompson Falls, Montana" and has the original FDIC seal printed on either side. The poster would have hung in the Lobby of The First State Bank in Thompson Falls. It is framed under glass with a thick dark wooden frame and a heavy ply-wood backing. All show good condition for the age. It measures 42" x 23.5"
