Baltic or middle eastern chieftains quality silver mounted flintlock pistol with ornately overlaid and inlaid stock circa early 19th century. The pistol measures 20 ½” overall with a 15” barrel of approximately .52 caliber smoothbore. The stockis adorned with pierced silver and also mounted with silver trigger guard and butt cap with fancy false ramrod. The lock is fired blued for accent and also silver inlaid. The stock is in good condition showing 90% to 95% plus original inlayswith a few small areas of missing inlays. The overall quality of the pistol is good and there is some light cleaning on the barrel. Est.: $1250-$2500
