<B>Ball 17 Cr. 4A $1000 1861 Bond Extremely Fine.</B></I> This Richmond bond is one of only 190 issued. Also, we see the uncommon signature of Acting Register C(harles) T. Jones. This is a bright bond that has a couple of pinholes and a small red ink spot. Two stamp hinges were once used to mount this rare bond in an artist's portfolio.
