The Boy Scouts Association Medal of Merit Certificate signed by Robert Baden-Powell, Chief Scout, awarded to Francis Tompkin of the Kimberworth Scout Group. Certificate, dated 12 September 1928, measures approximately 9.75'' x 7.5''. Some noticeable foxing across certificate does not affect readability. Good condition.
