Original Phantom of the Opera mask worn by AJ McLean in the unforgettable Backstreet Boys music video "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)", The Joseph Kahn-directed music video plays as a parody of the horror film genre in the same vein as Michael Jackson's "Thriller". The Backstreet Boys also performed this song at the 1998 MTV Video Music Awards, during which they won the Moonman for Best Group Video.
Signed on the inside by special makeup effects supervisor Joseph Schultz. Includes a photo of AJ wearing the mask.
