Endorsement on the reverse in an unknown hand reads, “10 per cent of $750.00—Radio program.” In fine condition, with expected stamps and cancellation holes and a slight brush to middle initial. This check to his agency was undoubtedly for his appearance on the “Bob Hope Variety Show” on radio station WEAF, which aired from 10 to 10:30 PM, on Tuesday evening, March 3, 1942. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
