A superb D.S. with an Apollo 11 flown relic attached thereto, 1p. 4to. on Aldrin's Apollo 11 letterhead, [n.p., n.d.], with an approx. 1/8" x 1/8" piece of gold Kapton foil from the Command Module Columbia attached at center.
