Issued by the Democratic National Committee, this certificate officially registers the "Bryan Club of Burr Oak, State of Kansas, as an organization for active work in the Presidential Campaign of 1908." Portraits of Bryan and Kern flanked by American flags (mint condition). With original transmittal envelope from the DNC in Chicago, addressed to the president of the club (stamp removed).
