BRACELET: (1) Stainless steel mesh animal print design bracelet with center diamond and 14kTG disc. 9" long 18mm wide. Center disc is 26mm diameter with hammered design and the word "Hope" cut out of center. The "O" is a peace sign with (19) rbc diamonds SI clarity G-H color, approx. 0.90cttw. BRACELET: (1) Ladies blackened and stainless steel bracelet with diamond and 14k WG "R" initial in the center. "R" is bead set with (71) rbc diamonds SI2-I1 clarity G-H color, approx. 0.71cttw. 7" long with deployment clasp. BRACELET: (1) Black wood bead bracelet with diamond and 14k WG skull charm. There are approx. (115) rbc diamonds on skull I1 clarity H-I color. Approx. 0.50cttw. BRACELET: (1) Sunstone bead stretch bracelet with sterling and diamond bead accents. Sunstone beads are 12mm and faceted. (1) 14mm sterling bead set with approx. (150) rs and fc diamonds. Three are missing. I1-I2 clarity J-K color. There are (2) diamond and sterling rondelle beads set with (18) diamonds in each I1-I2 clarity J-K color, approx. 0.36cttw.

The Buyer specifically agrees and acknowledges that the use of the term “tested” as used to describe articles of jewelry means only that the Auctioneer believes that the article described has been tested as to the gold or silver and the Auctioneer makes no warranty that the gold or silver content is as described. Likewise, the description of a diamond or other gem or the description of a particular brand does not constitute any representation or warranty that the article is as described. It is the Buyers sole responsibility to determine the authenticity of any item purchased.
The Estimated Price Range listed in the catalog is listed as a convenience to buyers. These prices reflect estimates based upon historical sales of similar items.
The Auctioneer has the right to reject any and all bids on behalf of the Seller and to bid as agent for any Absentee Bidder. The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Seller shall retain full security interest in all merchandise until full and complete payment is made to Seller or Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers.
Security for purchases is the responsibility of the Buyer and begins immediately upon the sale of each lot. Removal is at the expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the specified time period. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing to any purchaser of any lot, in any event. The U.S. Marshals Service retains the right to reject any bids for any reason or to make counter offers or accept back up offers at their sole discretion.
All prospective bidders should be aware that in order to ensure compliance with the Crime Control Act that they may be subject to a background check. Title 18 USC Section 1963(g) and 21 USC Section 853(h) of the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984, prohibits the United States Government from reverting forfeited property to the defendant(s) convicted of violation under 18 USC Section 1962 nor 21 USC Section 841 et seu., or any person acting in concert with or on behalf of such defendant(s). To ensure compliance with the prohibition, you are required to certify that you are not acting and will not act in concert with or on behalf of the defendant(s) in this case upon the satisfaction of your purchase.
Upon receipt of your certification, as set forth below, a records check will be made with the investigative agencies involved in the prosecution of the said case to confirm your submitted certification. In the event your certification cannot be confirmed, the purchase shall be immediately dissolved, and further criminal action taken.

REGISTRATION & BIDDING OPTIONS:
Live Bidding: To bid you must register and obtain a bid card. Registration will be Friday, February 22nd, from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. CST and sale day, February 23rd starting at 9:00 A.M. CST. To register you will need a valid photo ID and a $500 cash deposit. Deposits for unsuccessful bidders will be returned in the same form when exiting.
Upon the conclusion of the auction or bidding; Buyers will be required to verify purchases, make final payment and/or discuss final payment arrangements and receive checkout instructions prior to exiting the auction facility.
Online Simulcast Bidding: To bid you can register at www.txauction.com and submit a $1,000 deposit no later than 10:00 A.M. CST, on Thursday, February 21st to Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers, Inc. by any acceptable payments listed below. The pre-bidding feature will be available now and throughout the auction. Deposits for unsuccessful bidders will be returned by ACH bank credit or company check within ten business days from auction.
Pre-Bidding: Written bids will be accepted until Thursday, February 21st at 10:00 A.M. CST with a $1,000 deposit.
