<hr align=left size=5 width=33% color=#778899>(1907-1974). Hitler’s Youth leader; gauleiter in Vienna (1940-45); sentenced as war criminal to 50 years imprisonment at Nürnberg. TMs in German, 35pp, single space, 4to, Nürnberg prison; 1945 Untranslated. Unsigned. Entitled “Hitler,” the manuscript was typed by Schirach while awaiting trial and offers his observations of the Führer and other Nazis after their defeat. He comments on Borman, a “<i>Second Hitler</i>”; Rudolf Hess; Von Ribbentrop; Richard Strauss; and others. Schirach, the only one to admit guilt at the Trials, compares Hitler’s life to <i>The Picture of Dorian Gray</i>, i.e. “<i>He drove all to destruction</i>.” Old staples at top left corner; general toning; two light stains and penciled annotation on first page; horizontal tear across last page with no paper loss; other edge tears on last page with little paper loss not affecting text; first and last pages detached; o/w Good/VG.

11. All bidding is done in a competitive manner. The
winning bid will always be one bidding increment
over the second highest bid. The minimum
acceptable bid for any lot is 50% of the low
estimate given in the item description or $25,
whichever is higher.

12. Payment is expected immediately upon receipt of
invoice. All accounts are payable to Signature
House. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Wire
transfer details are available upon request.
West Virginia residents will pay a sales tax of
6% unless a resale number is filed with us prior
to the closing date. For sales outside of the USA
a credit card is requested.

13. Shipment is made via U.S. Postal Service or
Airborne unless otherwise instructed. Handling,
shipping and insurance charges are added to the
invoice. Oversize and foreign shipments are subject
to increased charges. All items are shipped
immediately upon receipt of payment.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within
seven days providing that it comes back in the same
condition. There is a lifetime guarantee on
authenticity to the original purchaser. The item(s)
must be returned with two letters denying it’s
authenticity by expert authenticators acceptable
