<B>Autographed Photos of "Villains" Jetta Goudal and Roy D'Arcy.</B></I> Lethal is the word for both these stars - Jetta Goudal (vamp supreme of such films as 1927's <I>The Forbidden Woman</B></I>) and Roy D'Arcy (best remembered as the depraved Crown Prince Mirko of 1925's <I>The Merry Widow</B></I>). Ms. Goudal won her major fame in Hollywood after Cecil B. DeMille fired her for behaving like a diva on his set, and she sued him - and won! As for Mr. D'Arcy, he had so flamboyant an acting style that he eventually left movies for real estate. These deluxe 11" x 14" portraits bear the name of photographer Ruth Harriet Louise embossed on the lower margin and her Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stamp on the verso. Ms. Goudal's picture has a one-inch tear at the top border (no paper missing) touching her remarkable shimmery headgear (could matte out) and Mr. D'Arcy's portrait has some minor border staining and creasing. The signatures are as bold and dramatic as the stars who signed them.
