Five vintage hardcover autograph albums, each measuring 6 x 4.75, signed inside in pencil and ink by approximately 300 celebrities. The signatures are mostly single page, with some back-to-back, some on affixed slips and cards, with many bearing inscriptions, and almost all bearing collector’s notations including where the signatures were obtained. Signers include: Bert Lahr, Thomas Mitchell, Noel Coward, Richard Burton, Paul Lukas, Jack Dempsey, Sugar Ray Robinson, Billie Burke, Montgomery Clift, Joe DiMaggio, Marlene Dietrich, Tyrone Power, Judy Holliday, Lucille Ball, Betty Grable, Lauren Bacall, Jayne Mansfield, Johnny Weissmuller, Ernie Kovacs, Fredric March, Ezzard Charles, Noel Coward, Cedric Hardwick, and many more. In overall very good condition with mild to moderate toning to the pages, some pages detached from albums, chipping to some edges, and a few creases. Covers are worn and creased with two partly separated.
