Authentic 19th century pipe tomahawk with period shaft, circa about 1830-1870. The forged steel head measures 7-1/2" from tip of blade to tip of bowl. The blade measures2-1/2" across the cutting edge, themetal work is good showing quality forging, good shaping and grooved designs. The hardwood shaft appears original to the head, is carved by hand with correct off-center drill holes, shows a good patina. The bowlshows smoking and the head shows light to heavy patina with no cleaning. An absolutely authentic pipe tomahawk of the type that was traded in the old west. Est.: $1,500-$3,000

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
