Various letters between Austin and San Francisco, hand-written and most dated. Mining interests in Nevada being courted by San Francisco merchants, very formal and quite interesting. The flourished writing a delightful to look at. (4) pieces, all in very good condition. The one envelope has been torn open, and the type-set letter inside written to A.M. Kelsey, signed "Yours Faithfully" by Henry B. Williams and Henry P. Blanchard, formally. Very nice historical correspondence.
