''Harlequin Duck'' #297 from the Amsterdam edition of Audubon's ''Birds of America,'' published in 1972. This full-size edition faithfully reproduces the original Havell edition. The brilliantly-colored ducks are on shore and hover around a segment of crab leg. One of the ducks stands on a rock overhead with his head craned. All 435 full-size color plates from the book were published and limited to only 250 numbered sets. Size: 39.5'' x 26.5''; 12-color offset lithography. Image contains slight horizontal wrinkling and slight chips to the edges, otherwise excellent condition.
