***Auction Highlight*** Solid Carson City Morgan dollar roll ends 1892 one end 'cc' rev other end, average circ. Great Original Roll of Morgan Dollars. The roll is held in an old "Steel Strong Automatic" Wrapper Dated from 1921. The Roll is also faintly stamped "Banker Trust of Philadelphia, Central City Office, Walnut Street at Juniper". I researched that name and the Bank closed in the post-Crash of '29 Depression period (my research showed that it failed on Dec 22, 1930). This is a full Carson City roll. All 20 coins are 'cc' mint mark. The Two ends showing are the obverse of an 1892 and the reverse of a 'cc'. We received this incredible consignment from a private collector while at the Baltimore show. The consignee gave us his father's entire estate hoard of shotgun rolled coins. We have had great feedback on the rolls so far. Your choice to open the shotgun roll or leave it as is, but if you do open the Roll, please let us know what you find. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away lot.
