This is the catalogue for an auction at ‘Sotheby’s’ in Russia with space suits by the Russian manufacturer NPP Zvezda. NPP Zvezda (since 1952) is a Russian manufacturer of life-support systems for high-altitude flight and human spaceflight. Black and white photographs depict the pieces. On offer at the auction were the CK-1 pressure suit (Gagarin’s training suit), the Berkut space suit (Leonov’s training suit), the inflatable airlock of the spaceship Vostok 2, the original Sokol-K IVA space suit for the cosmonaut A- Leonov for the Soyuz-Apollo-program, the flight suit of the cosmonaut A. Leonov for the Soyuz-Apollo-program, the Krechet model for the moonwalk, the original space suit Sokol-KB-2 of the British astronaut Helen Sharman and the original space suit Sokol-KB-2 of the Austrian astronaut Franz Viehböck.



The photograph on page 1 is signed and dated in Cyrillic ‘25.10.93’. The booklet and the photographs are in good condition with light traces of use. The dimensions are 29.5 x 21 cm.
