Manufactured from 1878 to 1892. The revolver has the standard two line address/patent dates marking on the barrel rib with the V-shaped patent markings on the top strap. Matching serial number on the butt, cylinder, barrel and latch. Blue finish with casehardened hammer. Fitted with rare red mottled grips with the right panel numbered to the gun. Included with the revolver is the paper hinge factory box with the directions label on the inside of the lid and a bore brush.

Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 90% original bright blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The underside of the frame has an old collector's number: "KM533". The hammer retains much of the original case colors. The screw heads still show vibrant original niter blue finish. The grips are excellent with a couple minor handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is fine with some minor wear.
