Numeroff, 8.5 x 11, headed by the insignia of the National Space Institute, and “Space Program – June 25-26, 1979 A Time for Public Decision,” and featuring an image of an astronaut during a space walk at center of the sheet. Signed in ink and felt tip by 22, each on an individual line, with their printed names and occupations printed underneath in Numeroff’s hand, including four astronauts.
