Registration to bid is done through icollector and a valid credit card is required to qualify a bidder for an auction. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date in order to effectively complete the process.
All bids are a contract to purchase. No bid may be withdrawn after being made and the bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when a bid is entered. We assume no responsibility for any liability on items once a bid is accepted. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding closes.
Items are deemed abandoned after 5 days without payment from the successful bidder. Nos-tal-gia will not store or hold items past 5 days. Nos-tal-gia reserves the right to resell, donate or dispose of abandoned items, without notice or compensation to the purchaser.
For U.S. bidders: Nos-tal-gia does not claim expertise on your countries importing restrictions. The bidder/purchaser is responsible to ensure that the item purchased is allowed within your jurisdiction.
