Lengthy agreement between Schwartz, two partners and Gregory Ratoff in which Schwartz and his partners sell a musical comedy entitled Between The Devil, for the sum of $25,000. Signed on page 14 by Schwartz. Last five pages are labeled ‘Exhibit A,’ listing other compositions. In fine condition.
