Skewed spine shows considerable wear, fading, and water staining. White trim is lightly worn; rubbing and bumping to boards at edges and corners. Textblock is bright and clean. The first Professor Challenger story, in which his exploration locates remnants of the prehistoric world on a plateau in South America.
