At the time, Ashe was studying business on a tennis scholarship at UCLA. Silver-plated copper trophy is engraved ''14th Annual / Thunderbird / Tennis Invitational / Mens Singles Winner / 1966''. Tulip cup has a 5'' diameter mouth and sits on a 4.5'' foot to an overall height of 8.75''. Weighs 1 pound, 9 ounces. With House of Trophies label.
