Arthur Ashe's signed Republic of Kenya vaccination booklet. With ''Arthur Ashe, Jr.'' written in red in on the cover, most likely by Ashe, and signed internally ''Arthur R. Ashe, Jr.'' again in red ink. Booklet certifies the tennis legend was vaccinated against smallpox, dated 30 November 1974. Measures 4'' x 6.25'' with minor wear and dampstaining along right edge, though not affecting signature. Very good condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
