Arthur Ashe International Tennis Federation sterling silver trophy, awarded posthumously. Founded in 1913, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) represents the sport as a whole by helping to regulate the game's official rules and mode of play, as well as by organizing a variety of international tennis tournaments and grand slams throughout the year. Bowl-shaped trophy is engraved around the border: ''International Tennis Federation / Presented posthumously to Arthur Ashe in recognition of his outstanding service to the game''. Bowl features a gold tennis ball insignia engraved to center with ITF's logo. Silver bowl measures 12'' in diameter and is housed in an elegant olive green case measuring 13.5'' x 13.5''. Trophy has minor tarnishing, especially to border of trophy, else very good condition. With an LOA from Ashe's widow.
