<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="4"><tr><td><em> </em></td></tr><tr> <td width="100%"> This isa fabulous GDA Limoges bowl, from the prestigious Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot Co. founded in 1881 by Charles Field Haviland.
It is referred to as a long bowl, may have been used for relishes. It is a showpiece in itself, with a stylized presentation of 3 leaf clovers and beautiful pink buds. Trimmed in green and lots of gold it is truly an outstanding piece.
There is a tiny chip underneath the tip of one of the points. It does not ordinarily show. I found it by feel. This Limoges piece was hand painted by Stouffer and is so marked.
The mark dates it approximately 1937. </td></tr><tr> <td> </td></tr><tr> <td>Reference #: chia778</td></tr><tr><td>Condition:bottom chip</td></tr><tr><td>Year:1937</td></tr><tr><td>Country:France </td></tr><tr><td>Maker:Gerard Dufraisseix & Abbott</td></tr><tr><td>Width:10</td></tr><tr><td>Title:Art Nouveau Limoges Long Bowl </td></tr><tr><td>Style:Art Nouveaux</td></tr><tr><td>Type:Clover Buds and Leaves </td></tr><tr><td>Location:Shasta Lake CA 96019</td></tr></table>
