Tibet, and one of the earliest I have seen, it is simple and of Thunderbolt design (Dorge) and with a Triskeles image in the center. The BON religion in Tibet predates Buddhism by about 1000 years, but its artifacts are much rarer today because of the predominancy of Buddhism. The Triskeles is one of their ancient symbols and this one from human thigh bone is early in the last Millenium (11th-14th C.). A Kham region find.
