These issues contain the seven-part Tarzan story <B>Tarzan and the Golden Lion</B></I> by Edgar Rice Burroughs, and the December 9, 1922 issue has a dramatic Tarzan cover by P. J. Monahan. The back cover on the January 6, 1923 issue is detached. These pulps show normal reading wear and a few pieces of tape, but have remarkable page quality. The paper is still nearly white, and there is not even a hint of tanning or brittleness to any of these pulps.
