Interesting collection of four items each signed by at least one crewman of the 1930 Nautilus arctic expedition. Signers are: Jean Jules-Verne, John H. Lundbeck, Frank Crilley, J. Miller, Edward J. Clark, Arthur O. Blumberg, Ray E. Meyers, C. P. Royster, Harry Rothchild, Ralph Shaw, Dixie Holland, Raymond W. Drakio, J. R. Janson, Olaf Johnston, Carl Schnetter, Vadim Stavrakov, Harry A. Zoeller, and Jacob Fleutsch. Accompanied by two unsigned commemorative covers from the 1931 Wilkins-Ellsworth Trans-Arctic submarine expedition. In overall fine condition, with even toning, mounting residue and scattered soiling. According to our consignor, several of the crew member signatures were unknown until just a few years ago.
