Signed "Kate" in black ink, with additional postscript "Don't yet know my tel. no. there." -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated November 11, 1981, typed "Dear Walter, Thank you for your sweet note and the book. It is great fun. And those photographs -- Wow! 50 years ago." Signed in black ink, "Wow, Love Kate". -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated January 25, 1979, typed "Dear Walter -- How glad that you enjoyed everything but the 'fit'. Affection --", and signed in black ink "Kate". -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated January 23, 1979, typed "Dear Walter -- Thank you for your sweet note." Signed "Rush - Rush -- Kate". -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated January 3, 1980, typed "Walter -- Love your note. Saw 'Little Women' Christmas Eve. Oh -- it was so nostalgic. And what a great job you did. Glad all is fine with you." Signed in black ink, "Kate". A wonderful association between Hepburn, Plunkett and "Little Women". -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated November 21, 1979, typed "Dear Walter -- Enjoyed the chit chat. Hope they do it. Ever affectionately -- " and signed in black ink "Kate" with additional postscript "On my way to the shore -- Oh the gas!" -- One page letter on personal stationery, dated December 28, 1981, typed "Dear Walter -- What a lovely letter to receive -- Yes indeed -- lucky year". Signed in black ink with additional postscript, "Katharine -- Kate I mean. Oh it's lovely But oh the mail! I'm dizzy with it". Lot also includes a number of mostly one-page letters written to Plunkett from the following stars: Greer Garson (3) (each handwritten, including a Christmas Card), George Cukor (typed), Helen Rose (typed), Olivia de Havilland (3) (typed), and Anita Loos (handwritten).
