And as if that foe (and his henchmen, the Manta-Men) weren't enough, Aquaman's evil stepbrother Ocean Master also appears. Nick Cardy drew the cover and illustrated Bob Haney's story. Overstreet 2007 NM- 9.2 value = $70.
