Apple Records "Fresh from Apple" leaflet advertising the release of Mary Hopkin's third studio album Those Were the Days on November 17, 1972, two pages, 6 x 7, featuring the record label's logo on the front, and an image of Hopkin and release information on the inside. In fine condition, with one small edge tear. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks. Sometimes credited as Mary Visconti, Hopkin is a Welsh folk singer best known for her 1968 chart-topping single 'Those Were The Days,' which was produced by Paul McCartney. The song reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100, trailing only behind The Beatles' classic 'Hey Jude.' Hopkin was one of the first musicians to sign to The Beatles' Apple label.
