Three Soviet-era commemorative covers with color cachets honoring the historic docking of the Apollo and Soyuz spacecrafts, each 6.25 x 4.5, with one signed in ink and felt tip by the full American and Soviet crews of Tom Stafford, Vance Brand, Deke Slayton, Alexei Leonov, and Valeri Kubasov, and the other two signed only by Leonov. In overall very good to fine condition, with creasing to the crew-signed cover. Accompanied by a 1975 softcover booklet entitled The Soyuz-Apollo Project.

Originates from the personal collection of longtime NASA employee Robert B. 'Stretch' Flanagan, a Senior Security Specialist who accompanied the Apollo astronauts on their post-flight goodwill world tours. He was nicknamed ‘Stretch’ on account of his 6´6˝ height.
