All 12 fragments are set against a color composite image incorporating the Apollo 1 crew, John F. Kennedy, and the LEM, and housed in a 5.75 x 3.5 x 1 Lucite display. Display is housed in a 6.25 x 4.5 x 2.5 metal presentation case, with a pin of each Apollo mission insignia affixed to the inside of the cover.
